Shipping and Product Availability

All of our bikes currently fall under one of three categories:

• Out of stock: The product is currently not in stock and not available to be placed on pre-order. There will be future availability of the product, but at the current time, the estimated shipping date is unknown. To be notified when the product is available for purchase, please subscribe to a restock alert by clicking “Notify Me When Available” and entering your email address. We will contact you by email when the product is able to be placed on pre-order or purchased. For bike availability, please check this page to get the most recent information when you can expect to pre-order and receive a specific bike.

• Pre-order now: The product is currently not in stock and is available to be placed as a pre-order. A pre-order secures your availability on the future stock of a specific product. The estimated shipping date of the product on pre-order can be found on the individual product page and at checkout.

• Ships same or next business day: The product is currently in stock and the shipment of this product will be processed on the same or next business day as the order for the product is placed.
