How long will it take to ship my bike?

With the 2023 addition of two warehouses, woom bikes are now shipped from three different locations in the US. By and large, most woom customers in the US will receive their orders within 2 business days. If you’re lucky enough to be near Central Texas, the Bay Area, or NYC you may even receive your order within a day. A small percentage of rural customers will need a few extra days. In order to let you plan accordingly, we’ve provided this handy map below: 

Please note: orders placed by 11 am local time (in the contiguous US) will ship on the same business day. Orders placed after 11 am local time will ship the next business day.
