I'm having problems with my gears. What can I do?

Gears are extremely complex. For those who don't have much experience with bike repairs and maintenance, we recommend consulting your local bike shop to sort out any shifting issues.

If you have some experience with bike mechanics, you may be able to resolve the issues you are having with the gears yourself. The instruction manual for the woom OFF explains how the gears work and shows you how to readjust the derailleur if the gears on your bike are noisy or if your bike is struggling to change gears.
