Can I ship my bike to a PO Box? How about APO, FPO, or DPO shipments?

At this time, we generally cannot ship bikes to PO Boxes. Please contact CX for clarification and/or assistance regarding a solution if you live in a rural area where package carriers are authorized to deliver to your PO Box. Please also be aware that there is a 27" max length restriction imposed on all DPO deliveries. This means that no woom bikes are eligible for DPO delivery; only helmets and smaller accessories can be shipped to a DPO.

For all shipments bound to an APO, FPO, or DPO, please allow extra time. The USPS provides an estimated transit time of 30-45 business days (or more, depending on extenuating circumstances). Please plan accordingly. In addition, we highly recommend checking with your post office for size or weight restrictions prior to ordering.

Lastly, be aware that order tracking for APO, FPO, and DPO orders is not updated regularly; tracking updates typically occur only once the shipment arrives at the destination.
