Do you ship internationally?

Due to increased shipping costs, we no longer ship internationally except to Canada. The total shipping cost for Canadian customers, including import and duty fees, will be calculated at checkout.

To calculate the shipping cost prior to placing the order, simply start going through the bike checkout process. After you've included your address and the bike model (both of which factor into the import fees), you'll be able to get a quote on the total shipping cost.

Before placing the order, please note that free returns are unavailable on international orders. This means that international customers wishing to return an order are responsible for return delivery expenses: paying duties, taxes, etc.

IMPORTANT: In order to receive a refund, please contact us with the tracking number on your return!
