THRU-AXLE ON OFF MODELS: Loose thru-axle

If your front wheel is feeling loose, it could be that the end cap for the thru-axle has camouflaged itself in part of the packaging and then rolled away before being identified. Below are some pictures that will show the piece stuck on the piece of packaging, and what it looks like when removed and installed. If the packaging has been disposed of or you cannot locate the piece that rolled away please contact us at usa@woombikes.com for a replacement.
