How is woom bikes USA affected by the Corona Virus?

As a family-owned company, we are aware of the responsibility that we bear as part of society. 
Prioritizing the health and safety of our community and the woom bikes USA team, while continuing to supply our customers with woom products, we have implemented the following measures effective March 16. 
  • We have cancelled all woom events and participation at partner events.
  • We have temporarily closed our Austin, TX showroom.
  • Our office is closed with all team members, outside of core warehouse personnel, working from home.
  • Extensive safety and hygiene measures are being administered, in line with the Center for Disease Control guidelines, for our warehouse team and shipping partners.
  • We are providing woom employees with advice on how to help prevent exposure and what to do should they exhibit any symptoms. If any employees experience symptoms, they are required to seek medical attention immediately. 
  • Social distancing and disinfecting protocols are being followed in our facilities. 
We are extremely grateful to these team members and partners who continue to keep the woom orders processed and shipped.
