I selected “Pick Up” for my order. When can I pick up my bike in Austin?

When your bike is ready, you’ll receive an email with a link to select a pickup time. Please note that bike pickup is only available during business hours on weekdays. The US woom headquarters is at 8301 Springdale Road, Suite. 800, Austin, Texas, 78724. 

Please be aware bike assembly is not included; your bike will be available for pickup in a shipping box and assembly instructions will be provided.
