What if I missed my pre-order email?

Our pre-order invitation emails will default to allowing 48 hours to purchase the bike. If you missed the email or noticed afterwards that it went to your spam folder, contact us. Depending on how much time has elapsed since the pre-order window and our availability, we may be able to manually re-extend an invoice, add you to an exceptions list, or request that you rejoin the wait list.
