What if I missed my pre-order email?

Our pre-order invitation emails are sent in order based on the time you signed up for restock alerts. Please be advised that our bike inventory is limited, and we cannot guarantee to have bikes available if you decide to wait to pre-order.

If you missed the email or noticed afterward that it went to your spam folder, contact us. Depending on how much time has elapsed since the pre-order window and our availability, we may be able to manually re-extend an invoice, add you to an exceptions list, or request that you rejoin the waitlist.
